He was an answer to our prayers. Our only regret was that we didn’t find him years earlier when we first bought this property.

We kept in periodic communication with him and this past spring we determined it might be a good time to put the property up for sale. We hired him to do this for us, and the rest of the story is history. The condo was sold, at the best possible price, with absolutely no hassle for us.
